The bed was in bad condition, the resolts felt horrible and it made a thousand noises. In the bathroom the ceiling and walls were crushed and the paper was coming out.

This is THE WORST hotel in the area. The staff was great, but the building was horrible. For starters, me & my team stayed for 3-4 days and only had scorching hot water - ONE DAY. Then the rest of our stay it was completely freezing cold water. They claimed that maintenance was fixing the issue all for the water to never be hot AT ALL during our stay. Then, the lady at the front desk proceeds to tell me hours before checking out that “they had to order a piece for the hot water valve.” And that there was nothing they could do. However, they were still serving breakfast with NO HOT WATER!!! It doesn’t make sense. The water was also different colors and coming out very nasty. - Next one of my clients left something on the bench outside and we had already driven some time out from the hotel and called back to inform the front desk where the item was left at. The lady at the front desk said that she would retrieve the item and put it behind the front desk for us to pick up after we got back. We pull back up to the hotel hours later after our event and the item was still sitting on the bench. They also let someone steal the wallet out of the jacket that we called about and she said there was nothing that they could do about it. - The elevator is super old and wouldn’t open up majority of our stay. - And the fact that other guests were nervous to speak up about the water incident and asked if we could speak to front desk for them is highly insane. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! And the fact that I’m a gold member, and I couldn’t even take a hot shower or get moved rooms or anything else is ridiculous. I highly suggest the health department shutting this establishment down, ASAP! - They also only wanted to discount me for ONE ROOM when I had booked 5 rooms for this business trip! Once again, I’m a Gold member. I don’t care about any points. I need my people to be comfortable and taken care of. And I felt as if this hotel staff did not do that!

Very clean and spacious. Beautiful room. Breakfast was good too. Very tasty and filling with plenty of variety.

Mom always said if you can't say something nice don't say anything, so, the bed was comfortable, the TV was great and the shower water pressure was also great not to mention terrific hot hot water. The lady checking us in was polite and nice. Lovely fingernails.

Upon arrival there was a large group directly in the front door are smoking Pot. I know it's legal in MD but very un nerving for us and also the family with children behind us. The staff should have stopped this. The outlet in our bathroom was broken and not work. We asked 5 times for it to be fixed each time was told it will be done tomorrow, it was never fixed despite paying full price for this room we could not use it fully. One girl did offer us another room but told us it would be fixed the next day so we declined the room. The outlet was never fixed after 5 days. Drying my wife's hair at the desk was not ideal when someone trying to sleep. There is paint peeling from the ceiling in the Bathroom and the main room. Some liquid had been thrown on the wall on the left as you walk in, it was visible when the light hit it a certain way.

Location close to city but out of the hustle

Room had trash under bed and trash can full only one towel and pillows were flatter then the comforter. Parking is behind building next to dumpsters and lots of people walking thru that dont seem to belong got in late wasn't worth my time to bother with front desk just went to bed and rolled out in the morning. Better then sleeping in truck

We stayed here for a week as I cleaned out my fathers home and it was perfect. Close to EVERYTHING we could want or need, clean, extremely friendly staff and most of all comfortable! It was the home away from home I needed during an emotional time and I greatly appreciate it!
