Localizacao muito boa, fica a proximo a shooping, restaurantes, MUT , Sky Costanera, e o melhor tudo a pe. Facilidade para entrar e sair cidade de carro. cafe da manha muito bom com muitas opçoes e variedades, quarto confortavel,

tivemos problemas no cheking solicitamos por 3 x ( na reserva, pre cheking e cheking) quartos com 2 camas de solteiros e recebemos quarto de casal, um dos quartos tinha cama de casal e 1 cama de crianca. Depois de um longo tempo resolveram. Solicitei quarto superior com vista, mais minha vista foi da obra que estava ocorrendo ao lado. Para um hotel 5 estrelas a solucao do problema dos quartos demorou e gerou muita decepcao e frustacao em todo o grupo.

Excelente localização. Café da manhã muito bom, porém com poucas opções sem gluten. Telão na recepção para assistir jogos da copa do mundo.

Solicitei quarto com 2 camas, chegamos antes da abertura do check-in, informaram que isso estava correto, deixamos as malas na recepção e saimos para retornar após os quartos estarem disponiveis. Para nossa surpresa, colocaram todas pessoas do grupo (a minha reserva) e mais 2 quartos com camas de casal. Sendo que estavamos em grupo de amigas. Foi possível trocar, porém nos colocaram em quarto em andar baixo, voltado para a avenida. Não tinha opção de menu de travesseiros. 3 travesseiros por cama, porém todos muito altos e fofos. Solicitei 2 travesseiros finos; trouxeram 1 no mesmo formato dos demais e informaram que não tinham outros.

Resepsiyon da görevli bayan Personel in gelen misafirlere karşı davranışları malesef iyi değil yüzleri asık ve yardımcı olmuyorlar. Fatura konusunda sorun yaşadık. 19.06.2026 akşamı saat 21:30 da, görevli olan bayan hiç yardımcı olmadı.

Localização excelente e café da manhã bom.

Ficamos em um quarto daqueles com porta interna "compartilhada", então a acústica fica bem ruim, sendo possível ouvir praticamente tudo que os hóspedes do quarto ao lado falavam... além de fazerem bastante barulho. Funcionários pouco atenciosos para um hotel com classificação de 5 estrelas.
