"Para mi no califica como un hotel 5 estrellas."

La ubicación

La piscina estaba fria, no se podia disfrutar y fue una de las razones por las cuales reserve este hotel. Desayuno normal, nada para destacar. Llame mas de 7 veces a room service y nunca contestaron, me tuve que comunicar con recepción para que les avisen y recien pasados los 20 minutos se comunicaron conmigo. La pizza que me pedi parecia una congelada.

no fue agradable la experiencia, las habitaciones muy acabadas, el telefono no funcionaba, los tv no tenian acceso a internet, el diseño de las habitaciones desagradable y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones pesimo

"DESCANSANDO EN LA CIUDAD"

Que está enfrente del mall; todo el personal súper amable y atento. No tenía adaptador para la corriente eléctrica y una persona de mantenimiento me consiguió uno porque en la recepción ya no tenían más disponibles
