Ottima posizione e struttura accogliente in pieno centro storico molto ben attrezzata

Avendo probabilmente vissuto le 3 giornate più bollenti dell'anno avremmo gradito un climatizzatore piuttosto che i ventilatori per dormire ma è stata una sfortunata coincidenza

Location and neighborhood.

Musty odor from bathroom drain permeates the house. Wi-Fi did not work upon arrival and there was NO guest information booklet in the house. There was also no signage with Wi-Fi password anywhere in the home. If you don’t have Wi-Fi, you have no way of accessing your email to find the password in details that were sent by the host. More importantly, if you were unable to get into the lockbox or if you lost the key, you have no one to call. There was no information inside the house regarding an emergency phone number. Couch in the living room was heavily worn and deteriorating. (Photo attached) When you have more than a couple kitchen appliances going, the fuse gets tripped.( I’m guessing it’s a 1.5 KW electrical draw, which is insufficient for a rental property.) Unfortunately, the bed pillows are rock hard and sheets are like sandpaper. Finally- it was hot and there is no air conditioning. Be mindful of this during mid summer stays. I own a successful short term rental property so I understand both the challenges and opportunities that an owner faces. This place could be amazing with a little thoughtfulness and attention to details!

Un barrio muy tranquilo y sin mucho ruido. El baño me pareció muy grande y la ducha fue muy cómoda. La cama era realmente cómoda, se descansa muy bien. Las instalaciones tenían todo lo necesario para pasar la estancia. Que disponga de Netflix es un puntazo y se agradece.

Que hubiesen tantas escaleras en la casa. El sofá al pasar los minutos es algo incómodo al igual que las sillas de la cocina.

Perfect location in old city

There was some smell

We really liked the location where the property was set , we liked that the property was spacious.

Spacious comfortable apartment- felt like staying at a friend’s home

When we arrived there was a very strong smell of drain/sewer. Once we had used the shower it lifted so maybe just a dry trap. The linen on the beds and the towels could do with an upgrade. Please provide bags for all the various bins - then we can put out the different types of refuse on their required days. Difficult to do if no bags to put it in. The glass recycling was full when we arrived with no bag in it so we just had to add ours to the pile. Despite these issues we really had a wonderful stay.
