The lounge upstairs was great touch! The staff in lounge was friendly as were the cleaning staff.

The front desk staff on the 3 different times I went were polite but cold/aloof. Suggest the are taught how to be warm and friendly...this would improve first and last impressions for your guests.

Blackout curtains wouldn't close properly.(easy fix) The room would look & be so much better without the Pocket Door! Which squeaked .
