Red Roof Inn Raleigh Southwest - Cary

It was close to our event easy to find and close to other features. The rate was good

The mattresses were horrible they squeaked you could feel the coils when you lay down. The location was a little dirty around dog poop area (it was located right in by the entrance Door) no bags so people didn't pick up their dog poop and the facility could have used a little outside cleaning. The rooms were nice and clean the and the staff was friendly at check-in. Also would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room.

The location being close to a lot of places was very good

It was dirty, we checked in our room early and it smelled so bad. Floors were nasty, molded shower curtain, mold in front of mini fridge, microwave rusted on the inside. Lamp shades dirty. Remote had no batteries, A/C unit was broken had to sleep with the window open to get cool air inside the room. Plus the pet hair everywhere.

Location

Fixtures were all rusted, the floor was sticky, the shower curtain needed to be washed, the mirrors were nasty, no remote to the TV, lamp was broken.

It is a good location.

The only issue is there was no mini fridge or microwave.
