"Did not enjoy our stay."

The location was good and we had stayed at this location just a few days before and had a good stay. The previous stay is the reason we stayed there again.

This time we were put in an alternative building on the second floor with a non-working elevator. The desk person did not tell us that the elevator was not working. The bed was terrible in this room. We are a couple who are in our 60's traveling with luggage. He could have told us about the elevator or offered us a room in the main building.
