Staff was friendly

The room was disgusting. We ended up not staying and finding a different hotel. The front desk was very kind about the situation.

Close to venue..4star hotel, room was very nice and very roomy!

Our fault but we were clear at the very end of hallway, yes I guess we could have asked for a change, but it did not seem that they were that busy so don’t know why we were placed there.

It was very clean. Nice employees

The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain with the plug in. The adjustment toggle wouldn’t work. I had to pull the drain plug out and set it aside

A little outdated but renovating!

The location.

Heat was stuck on. Room was hot. Hotel would not offer discount for the inconvenience. For a almost 400 dollar room it should not be 82 degrees in the room. They offered a small fan but would not offer a discount charged full price.

The bed was soooo comfortable and everything was very clean. The workers were very kind and accommodating when it came to parking.

The only complaints that I have are that 1) We didn’t get the city view we booked for, we got a nice view of a construction project, and 2) the hot water didn’t work for a whole day in our room.

good location, walked to local steakhouse and Nationwide Arena

Rooms seemed old, no recent renovation, few electric outlets, no USB ports

The room was spacious and I loved the pillows. If you like thinner pillows, this place is great. Location was fine.

A/C did not cool off room. Bathroom needs some renovations.
