The Capital Suites Hotel

All the staff was very professional and friendly. They truly made the stay awesome.

We paid for a city view and got an alley used as storage. We were so low that there was no view. If I had known that I wouldn't have paid extra for the view. Either way the windows were so dirty that you can barely see outside anyway. We didn't eat at the hotel because it was too expensive. Do not go off of the roompictures because it doesn't look like that. There was one chair at the table and a desk chair that broke without even sitting on it. We had to take turns eating. The toilet made a horrible noise every time it was flushed and the water wouldn't turn off. maintenance came and fixed part of it but the noise stayed. The tub didn't have a plug and with kids that is a necessity.The staff was kind and helpful but the building needs and upgrade! We have stayed at much cheaper hotels that were way nicer. Over all we will not stay there ever again. Not worth the money.

Common areas need major overhaul - very shabby/run down - room was very large nice but AC barely worked

It was clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

There is nothing that I didn’t like.

Staff was absolutely amazing! But the room was kind of dilapidated, I understand they just got bought out, so hopefully they are able to revamp the place.

The beds were very comfortable, and their shower was great!!

Hotel room was very nice but needs updates. The carpet was torn at the door to enter and the windows were so dirty you could not enjoy the view. The refrigerator did not work but we really didnt need it or waste time to get it fixed. The staff told us our room was not available, and we needed to wait 30 minutes. When we got up there the manager told them to take the blocks off the room so they could start getting people to their rooms. Very frustrating. Very odd to get ice you have to go down to the front desk and they get a zip lock bag of ice out and hand it to you. Just an inconvenience especially being on the 10th floor. No where on their site says you have to pay $25.00 to park and their garage is in the Huntington Bank garage would be nice to know that upfront. We had to call because we could not figure out where it was.
