Treebo Prince Palace with Swimming Pool

1. Service was not upto the mark 2. No Watter glasses provided even after request 3. No cattle to warn water provided, after requesting they provided 4. No coffee sachets and tea bags provided, even after request. They said it is not available. 5. Very less staff available on service. However 2 boys were really good and humble. 6. No lift facility, it was difficult for my old parents to climb stairs. 7. Swimming pool was very small and not of use, I recommend to tell the size of pool on page. 8. When we arrived at night the hotel and entrance and first floor was full of smoke. People were smoking and drinking there. The environment was not like family comfortable. 9. Worst part of stay was the breakfast. They provided idli and poha at 8:30 am. The idlis were too cold. Poha was ok. Chutney was good. But sambhar was damm bad. My family entirely not liked the breakfast. I asked for bread omelet but the guy denied to give one. On request he brought 2 slices of bread with butter. So breakfast was not good and really we had bad experience. 10. The bed sheets were damaged and torn.

Location, spacious rooms & staff

Everything about this property is good. Staff was respecful and helpful. Overall great experience. Location was also good. Peaceful and very good for families
