GBGreat customer service. I got a text the evening I checked in asking if I needed anything. This was a nice touch! Rooms were pretty and clean and comfortable. Staff was very professional and eager to make your stay wonderful! Also free bikes!!
USUSWe were part of a group of over 30 family members who stayed for 4 nights. Our stay was amazing! The staff were incredibly attentive, rooms were spacious and clean, beach was beautiful, pool was relaxing, grounds were well maintained and food was delicious. We truly felt welcome and well cared for! Special thanks to management and staff for their outstanding hospitality!

This is in a beautiful location and the staff is excellent. The dining is as good as it gets. The hotel room itself was just okay. We upgraded to one of the suites and it was not great. The pics show a small kitchen area but our room did not have that. They called the room poolside but it was not that either. The master bedroom was too small with no dressers for clothes. And only one bedroom in the suite so I was not overly impressed. The staff and other services were so great though I might give this another try but would require a different room.
