The beds were comfortable. We had ants in our room around the table area. The pool was too cold to swim in and enjoy. Breakfast was descent.

First of all I was placed in a handicap accessible non-smoking room which smelled of smoke and very musky, the shower head fell off while attempting to take a shower falling on my foot and wetting foot badly creating a slip hazard until I got it secured. Which seem not to be a priority when I informed staff,. Also me and my fiance was forced to place our clothes and blankets in the window because the blinds won't go All the way down, pool walls were filthy and ladders were loose, wall vents were dirty and both Management & Staff Members were extremely rude! Pictures & video available with request..
