Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs Airport

Very comfortable, older hotel, very well kept.

I wish the restaurant would stay open a little later, we got in late due to delay at the airport, no restaurants or fast food in the area.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean.

Parking lot wasn't as clean as I was hoping, but not too bad. Other guests above me were extremely loud and rude.

When we got to our room it smelled like rotted meat. The smell was so bad we asked to be moved rooms. They were booked out so we had to get a different room at another hotel the smell was unbearable. When asked to be refunded the staff were rude and said they wouldnt refund. We didn't even stay 3 hours of our 2 day booking.

Customer service was great! Our rooms had been changed and Erica fixed it and made sure we were satisfied!

I came into this location because I was hired with the DOC and I booked a room two days earlier. However, when I opened the fridge and microwave, I found hair and crumbles. It was disturbing. I traveled with a pet and the room that I was assigned had a very bad odor. I had to buy febreze spray and I placed bounce sheets all over the room. Since I had to leave my pet in the room in the morning, I guess housekeeping was unable to come in the room to clean it; I guess I can’t be mad at that. The food made me sick after the fourth day. Coffee was not even good. Very untasteful, I know this is not a category seven hotel, does not mean you can’t level up to a higher standards within.
