Very nice hotel Great staff and services

Hotel itself is OK but the shuttle service is beyond terrible and I should’ve listened to other reviews. I came in the middle of the night and called before to let them know. They said it goes every half an hour and call when I land. I did that and they said it would be there in 30 minutes. It never came. I called every 20 minutes and each time was told it was on its way. Shuttle buses for every other hotel passed by multiple times. I waited an hour and a half (4:30am!) and then took a shuttle bus for a different hotel nearby and had to walk when I got to the hotel. The lady at the front desk did not even apologize or seem surprised very disappointing. This is an airport hotel so the one thing you need to get right is the shuttle service.

I liked that it was within minutes of my destination. I absolutely LOVED the pool and the quietness. We did, have a leak in the sink. They offered a room exchange or someone to fix it. We didn’t feel like changing rooms (with a toddler and long trip). So, we stayed. The linen had a stain, the toilet needed cleaning, and some other minor things were poorly addressed. However, the friendliness and courteousness of the staff made up for anything unsatisfactory.

Every staff member I spoke with was above the top fantastic (from housekeeping to the front desk)!!! I made an error reading my room number and everyone I asked for help was kind and courteous and never made me feel bad about my own error. Thank you for having customer service phenoms on your staff here!!!
