"Amazing view and accommodation in BelAlp Switzerland"

This place is absolutely amazing. Perfect location with many beautiful hikes and we were here in bad weather but still amazing. In sunshine it must be even more perfect. So friendly and professional staff that you feel you are part of a family. Very nice and cozy rooms with stunning view Small but very clean and nice spa area My highest recommendations

* Schön gelegenes Hotel * Tolles Frühstücksbuffet

* Hatten leider Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster (wir hatten keinerlei Vorinformationen gekriegt) * Grundsätzlich keine oder ungenügende Informationen wie zum Beispiel der Gepäcktransport genau funktioniert, keine Infos trotz explizitem Nachfragen, dass man beim Tourismusbüro eine 15% Reduktionskarte fürs Parking erhalten kann (mit Gästekarte) * Personal war grundsätzlich nicht sehr freundlich oder zuvorkommend * Tisch vom Vorabend hatte beim Frühstück noch die Flecken von unserem Abendessen
