"Fantastic location"

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the Chesterfield Mall and to sit down restaurants and fast food. That was a huge plus since we wanted to shop. Check was fairly quick and the staff was friendly. The room was very clean nicely decorated. The bathroom sink is separate from the toilet and the tub which can be convenient but also weird. The cost of the room was a bit much I think. They have free breakfast, very basic. It could have had a little more variety.

This place was ok......outdated, although update efforts are noticeable. The hallways are dark and dank. So was the room until the AC was on for a little while. The "King Suite" was a regular room plus small sofa, chair and ottoman. I would not classify it as a suite. Staff were efficient, yet sparse with words and offering information. Overall, I will not stay at this facility again.

"My stay was eventful and disappointing. I’m a very chill person and went downstairs really nice."

Location was perfect

The bathroom wasn’t clean. Front desk was very rude when leaving the room. Later we found blood stained sheets. After making that discovery we were given another room. Could have been avoided if the room was switched from the beginning. However, the next day the manager sincerely apologized for the employee that was rude to me and my mom and stated they’d retrain the staff which made it “ok”. We were in the city because my sister had a life threatening situation and we were scheduled to pull the plug on her and these incidents didn’t help. I offered to clean the room myself but the guy from the front desk came and “belittled” the situation and stormed out the door and left the room door wide open, didn’t close it, and went back downstairs. Not good.
