"Dim lighting"

Nice comfortable bed. Nice spacious bathroom and tub.

Poor lighting. Could have used a standing lamp between the chairs. Had to ask the front desk twice for house keeping service. When I booked my room in March I asked for a room near the lobby elevator and it didnt happen.

The rooms.are spacious

I didnt like where they held the brrakfast. We were here a few years ago and there was really a good space for breakfast. I guess it was smittys now. But the main reason i booked was because of the breakfasy area and i was disappointed that it was in a small room and packed.

Clean, quiet, and the service was very good. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

I couldn’t use the hotel room phone to call front desk or for room service.
