La habitación no contaba con internet wifi ni funcionaba la TV, al llegar la recepcionista nos dijo que no había habitación disponible y que la que habíamos reservado solo había olvidado bloquear en la aplicación. El olor es desagradable, muy fuerte el olor a humo de cigarrillo. De resto la ubicación bien, la comodidad de la cama, etc. bien.

My experience at Binisii Boutique Hotel was extremely disappointing and distressing. I booked two nights at around USD 160 per night, but never received a proper confirmation. Upon arrival, I later discovered the booking had been changed without my consent to one night at over USD 300, allegedly in a “Presidential Suite” I never requested but since the fees were about the same as what I had reserved, I never questioned or double checked the information. On the second day, I left the hotel at 12:30 to visit Iguaçu Falls. No one informed me I needed to check out. While already at the Falls, the hotel messaged me demanding USD 332 for a second night or immediate eviction. This completely disrupted my visit and caused serious stress, leaving me unsure if I would have accommodation that night. To make matters worse, the invoice did not mention a Presidential Suite, and room numbering clearly showed I was in a standard room, not a suite (I stayed at room 301). Staff explanations were inconsistent and made no sense mentioning even there was a mix up in room labeling. I left upset at 9 PM without a place to stay and the uncertainty it causes whilst in a foreign country. The next morning I reported the incident to local authorities as I have been told by several locals this is a sad and common practice of hotels to foreigners. I strongly warn other travelers—especially foreigners—to be very careful. This hotel does not operate transparently, and my stay was ruined as a result.

Tudo, boa localização, atendimento muito bom, quarto muito confortável, café da manhã excelente.

O café da manhã nada extraordinário, mas eu recomendo o hotel,principalmente pelo atendimento cordial e prestativo que me foi dispensado por todos os funcionários.

Sie liegt in einem abgeschirmten und bewachten Countryclub. In der bewegten Grenzstadt kann man sich sicher und frei bewegen.

Wenn man das Stadtleben mitbekommen möchte, muss man fahren, das das Hotel etwas abseits liegt.

Atendimento cordial, pessoas engajadas, limpeza do ambiente, local aconchegante, pessoal bem treinado e localização privilegiada. Todos, de parabéns!

Acredito que o preço da diária esteja um pouco acima da média para o tipo de Hotel, mas é um ponto apenas a ser avaliado.
