Stayed here MDW 2025 with our family of 6 (including our granddaughter and doggy). I haven't been to Wildwood in YEARS. I am so grateful and happy we found this place. The location was convenient to everything. The check in process was super smooth and Christian is very nice and helpful. The 2bd apt wasn't huge but the beds in each bedroom were comfortable and we even had enough space to eat breakfast together in the well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very small but if just need a space to shower and get cleaned up it was perfect. The entire apartment was also very very clean when we arrived! I hate to leave a mess so I actually even went and bought a broom to sweep up some of the sand all of the place. Really the only downside was no elevator (we were on the 3rd floor) but who doesn't need a little exercise every now and then. Building was also pretty secure. Passcodes to get onto the respective floors and then another code to get in to the apartment. Parking was a bit tricky, especially since we had to pick up trucks but we were fortunate to find parking right front and also utilized the parking lot just a few minutes on the corner. I don't have any complaints regarding our stay at Garfield Beach House. Affordable, clean, safe, dog friendly and only 2 blocks from the boardwalk. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Christian and Garfield Beach House for a memorable MDW

Property was great! But if you bring a dog and it barks, the other people in apartment complain. I didn't complain when people are loud, running in hallway and kids jumping and screaming. I am on vacation i expect it to be loud!

"Wouldn’t recommend "

The free parking lot was full so I had to pay a meter. The room had no living room space and the bathroom light was hanging off the wall. The blanket for the bed was dirty so I asked for a new one and some additional blankets since their were 6 of us and the person I texted said they would bring them and never did. Then some guy I guess the property manager can knocking because my daughter was walking around a little hard and told us to be quiet because people were putting their babies to sleep meanwhile we were gone all day and had just gotten back from the boardwalk. I wouldn’t stay here again.

"False advertisement!"

The service was good..only the service. The property is NOT like as the advertised. It shows washer and dryer but none of them existed. Blankets are disgusted dirty. Window frames, lights and lamps are all rusted. NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!

I never ever write reviews, but I need to write a review about my stay. I don’t know how this place has 4 stars and good reviews. This place was absolutely disgusting and dirty, check in was horrible, and the man at the front is so rude. 1 hour before check in I was getting texts about how I need to send everyone’s IDs to this number, and asking our ages. That is very unprofessional, I uploaded my ID from start and that is all they should have needed. We were then discriminated for our ages being 25-29 years old. We were told we “looked young”. He could have just looked at our IDs but he photo scanned them. I talked to my lawyer about this and they explained that this was not allowed at all, since they were photo copied. Only the person whose name was on the reservation should have been scanned in (even though it was already scanned in on their pre check in website). I walked into the room, all the blinds were broken, it smelt like mildew, sheets were not cleaned from the time before (see attached picture), and everything was rusted. Also the room was not portrayed as it was shown on hotels.com. The room did not have a couch, but online it showed a couch. My stay was absolutely horrible and so unprofessional. Thank god we were only in there to sleep, we would have rather slept in our cars at this point.
