Decent breakfast. Nice gym. Front desk staff was never to be seen when you come in or exit the hotel. It's always unattended. There is a smell to the hallways and rooms. Pungent smell. Main lobby smells welcoming. Once you get off the elevators, cover your nose.

Very quiet and convenient to my work

TownePlace suites had everything we needed and more. I love that every room has a real kitchen

The first room I checked into was not cleaned at all. I went back to the front desk and got a new room. When I got to the second room, it was what I had reserved-I reserved a king and got a room with double queens. I went back to the front desk where they said all the rooms like the one I reserved were occupied. That’s fine, but no one said anything to me about that until I brought it up when I made sure I was paying for what I actually received.

The room was very well designed and organized. It even has small kitchen. Stuff were very nice, and looked happy working. I would definitely stay here if I have a chance.

Ok breakfast, good room, nice area

The location is perfect for visiting family. We like Morning Story restaurant, which happens to be located in the adjoining strip mall. There is also a Starbucks and Domino's. Cleanliness is excellent with great a/c and very comfortable beds.

No complaints. I did notice that many of the towels are already thin and fraying and hope to see them replaced at my next visit. I would also like to see grab bars installed in the shower for safety. I did not have breakfast on this stay but recall it being fine on previous visits.

Great place. I had some issues with connecting to YouTube and HBO Max on the TV tho. Not a big deal, the breakfast was good too.
