Oyo has betrayed us. Their were no rooms available its was all a role play by oyo just to get their money... pls send the refund of 828₹ like i paid them...

There is nothing to like because there was no room for as to stay ... we were like homeless this is the worst experience that i had...

Nothing was good. Worst experience, no cleanliness and no lift, no proper water and food. Customer was locked from 10 PM to morning 8:30 AM since the main gate was closed and customer can’t go for a morning walk also. Staff refused to open and didn’t answered the call and went asleep making customer locked in the hotel.

Very poor hotel...such a disaster in srinagar.. restaurant was very dirty. Check in time I got a used bath towel in cupboard. Service is very low class. And staff don't know how to behave. Food time is very delay.. some of time missed the breakfast. And their fare is very high...owner is like a looters.

The room provided was excellent the staff were so supportive and friendly. They provide good homely food. If you are looking for a room with quality, this is the best choice. We have researched for the rooms before stay and found out it is valuable for money and will give you a comfortable stay.

Hotel rooms were clean, food was good, staff was courteous specially Malik bhai. Location was near to dal lake and airport and in between market. Overall our stay was quite good because of the hotel.. totally recommend it to everyone who is coming to kashmir.
