The staff was kind, efficient, and tried to remedy my concern. The issue was that the shower head had some type of black residue on the bottom third. I tried to wipe it away before calling the front desk. One of the desk associates came to try to clean it but couldn’t (she said it was rust). They offered us another room which we took. When we got to that room, it had the same problem. That was the only issue.

I enjoyed the pool the most. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean for the most part. Our room was nice and cozy. It was quiet indoors and outdoors the majority of time. It's the perfect size for a cozy getaway.

What I did not like about our stay was the cleanliness of the laundry room. I had to borrow some cleaning solution from the cleaning staff to clean the washing machines before I used them. It didn't seem to be a part of the daily cleaning routines for any of the staff members. I also felt that a security camera could be put in there. This location doesn't have room service or an actual bar setup and the price for the drinks they do sell are a bit high,
