The Bull at Wargrave

Excellent old pub in a historic village, Jane was a really welcoming host and checked with us when it looked like we might miss check in time. Great breakfast and convenient for Henley.

Great little pub/hotel. Stopped whil working in the area, room pleasant and clean, food lovely and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be back when im next in the area

Great hospitality and service, in this lovely traditional pub with rooms. Great beer and excellent home made pies, and friendly host. I will definitely return. On road parking just outside the pub free between 18.30 & 10.00am

The Inn is very nice, a historic building with loads of character. The pub is comfortable and the garden is indeed a hidden gem, quiet and relaxing.

What a lovely friendly place to stay. The staff were very nice and looked after us and our dog very well. The food and service was excellent and the Sunday roast and breakfast lived up to expectations. Our room was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to have shampoo in the room and a more powerful shower although we appreciate its an old building. This did not detract from our overall enjoyment and we thoroughly recommend the Bull as a good place to stay.

After a tiring journey this was a godsend. The host Jayne was there to welcome me up to a cosy room with spacious bathroom. Dinner near the open fire gave it that home from away feeling and the fish and chips were excellent.. I slept well and the hearty English breakfast was an eccellent start to the day. Jayne is a very attentive but discreet host. Thankyou

Arrived late from a flight and Jayne was wonderful and stayed up to let me in. Jayne the host was great from beginning to end - friendly, helpful and makes a mean breakfast Oldie-worldly rooms with comfy beds and very clean Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had everything we needed, the staff were so accommodating and helpful, everything was clean.
