No.4 Residence

It’s a mini apartments and very handy if you want to cook your breakfast while it’s in the centrum of Warsaw and very clean and safe

We stayed at No. 4 Residence for 10 nights and everything exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Karolina at the reception desk who was particularly very helpful and friendly. I would also like to mention the house keeping staff who were also very friendly and made a great job of cleaning our apartment. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. I will definitely return when we go back to Warsaw. We cannot fault it in any way. Location was also very central and within walking distance to almost everything.

Lovely apartments in central Warsaw. Plenty restaurants, cafes, shops nearby. Everywhere walkable.

Location: quiet side street close (25 mins walk) to Old Town along the main cafe/bar road. Easy transport links (inc. direct 175 bus from airport & 3 min walk). 15 mins walk to Palace of Culture & Science. Lots of bars/restaurants nearby. Room: standard double room, courtyard. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette with water, tea, coffee, basic crockery, cutlery etc & a little hot plate. Full size fridge. Dish soap and dishwasher with a tablet. Safe. More hangers needed (only 5), maybe some hooks and a suitcase stand. Bathroom: nice hot shower with good pressure. Hand soap and shower gel. Facial tissues and toilet roll. Hair dryer. Half screen shower-fine for me but I can imagine some ppl would make the floor quite wet. Extra hooks always welcome. Overall clean but little gunky in corners. Body lotion would be nice. Housekeeping: every 3 days. No water or coffee/tea provided in between (but possibly can ask, I didn’t need). But free coffee/tea and pastries at reception during opening hours. Overall notes: reception is not 24 hours. Very quiet except Fri/Sat when the opposite bar has back door open until 2am so can hear some music. Can hear movement of neighbours esp footsteps & next door bathroom is right next to bed head so could hear gushing when shower running. But all ok with ear plugs and white noise. Generally safe/secure but I hope I wasn’t sure about giving code to access building in case you forget key. I hope they change this often.

Excellent Hotel. Would definitely come back and stay again. I was a single female and felt very safe. Place was very clean, eloquent, great ambiance - complete with beautiful smell and music playing. Rooftop patio was very chique!! Location was everything :)

Really pleasant stay at the apartment located on the 4th floor. It was quiet, very clean and a comfortable stay. Room was renovated stylishly and had good facilities to make tea/coffee, wash dishes and cook (I did not cook). A really good, central location to explore Warsaw with cafes and bars nearby and the train station about 15 mins walk. Very happy I booked here. The reception is not 24/7 so best to communicate with staff in advance if you need to check in or out outside of work hours.
