Great place to stay! Will stay there again when I am in the area.

Clean property and fairly priced. Not enough parking for the condos.

Convenient place to stay near Cable. Just a couple of suggestions for guest information. Please include addresses on the restaurants recommended in the packet. We weren't surprised or disappointed that we didn't have cell phone coverage but might be helpful to let guests know in advance in case they want to screen shot your lodging information. Big Top Chautauqua, which we attended the night we stayed there, included that when we reserved tickets online and it was a good reminder of something we should have thought of ourselves! Very nice place to stay though, fun to think of all the Birkie skiers that stay there.

Nice property and staff. Very secluded and quiet. Lots to do up here. Lots of beautiful nature.

We couldn't have asked for a better lodging facility. It was clean, quiet and spacious place. Facility was a little outdated but very well maintained and tidy. There is no free breakfast but had a few pots and pans for use.

Nice place

Pretty remote but surrounded by amazing forest trails. Could use more accurate signage indicating distance to lakes, etc. The screen porches are lovely and staggered so you don’t see neighbors. Amenities in the condos are nice and the bed was comfortable.

The bed was terrible. It was hard and both sides rolled to the middle. The air worked for the main room but it was hot in the bedroom. The floors were very noisy. The toilet was so short and small. This condo was dated like 1980’s. There’s no reason it shouldn’t have been updated, especially if renting this for people to stay in. We were scheduled to stay two nights and opted to find a hotel over an hour away instead of staying the second night in this unit. Very disappointing.
