Telemark Northwoods Lodging

We booked last minute for a one night, weekend trip. We needed pet-friendly, and Telemark was very inexpensive! Our condo was spacious and clean.

The Telemark Condos are extremely clean and well kept. A wonderful location for our family to stay while competing at the Birkie Trailhead.

Great Hiking trails

A beautiful place that invites one to relax. The place was spacious with a cozy 90s style, and quiet. What I did not like was a) after having to pay $30 to stay until 1 p.m. the next day (regular check-out is at 10) to let them know when exactly I would leave-at 11 or 11:30. . . . for that steep fee I should have the freedom to stay until 1 p.m. b) I lost my directions on how to get into the building after hours and called the emergency number (#4 of the choices given by phone) and left a message. I again called 30 minutes later and left a message. Three hours later my phone call was returned. Luckily, after sitting down at the last open restaurant/bar in Cable to figure out what to do, I called another emergency number and had someone on the line right away. Helpful and friendly. It was very much appreciated on a rainy and windy day.

Unit's carpet needed to be restretched and microwave was in need of being replaced. Also needed a mud mat at exterior entrance. Unit was clean and exterior in good condition.

Just did a quick stay overnight. Very hard to find. Not very well lit to find in the dark. No ice available😩

Beautiful and relaxing, great place to hike right out the back door.

This place is really nice for getting away!

Enjoy the quiet remote setting. Spacious and clean. A map of the property and surrounding area would be helpful.
