"Staff could be trained better to have a friendlier environment."

Location and cleanliness.

Front desk staff were not friendly at all. There was no one to greet upon arrival, the staff walked out of the back office with a frown like they were bothered to come up. Upon checkout, the staff (a different lady) seemed bothered by me asking for a receipt.

The property was clean and very nice looking it had a upscale feel to the aesthetics.

My microwave was not the cleanest in the inside someone definitely burnt food in it from a previous stay
