Todo estuvo muy bien solo, hubo un detalle solicitamos la factura y no quisieron. Pusieron muchos pretextos y hasta el momento nadie quiere darnos información y se hicieron tontos. En lo demás excelente servicio y limpieza.

Muy buen lugar para visitar Zacatlán, lo único pésimo es el nuevo concesionario de restaurante. No había terminado de desayunar y hasta la servilleta que estaba usando me la quitaron y dijo el mesero que era por protocolo. Mi viejo pueblito está a años luz del hotel y sus servicios que son de primera como el spa. Ojo con quienes se asocian
