Hotel Monarca

Location is very good. It's important in Mexico City to find a safe, calm neighborhood, where you can go outside without any discomfort. I was not walking to much during late times, but it was very pleasant avenue, with lots of nice cafes and restaurantes. Room was small but totally OK for one person and plus when its for short stay. Everything was clean. And reception people were very nice.

The window from my room was looking to the avenue, thats why it was quite noisy during the nights. But I somehow get used to it. The second thing that I was not happy with, in my room were small tiny flies, definitely not mosquitos and of course their only job was to bite me. But, I guess it was not room problem, it might be a problem in Mexico City.

No windows at my room, no proper ventilation, nor AC. The heat at nights is pretty uncomfortable inside my room.

Que no tienen ni siquiera un abanico y se siente muy sofocado en la tarde, y el espacio del baño es demasiado pequeño si yo que no tengo piernas largas se me hizo incómodo no me imagino alguien con piernas largas, pero todo lo demás 10/10

Excellent location, friendly staff and clean premises.

At night it can be a bit loud if the windows are open, but this is an excellent location in a lively part of the city.

La ubicación, es muy centrica.

Algunas cosas descuidadas de la habitación, el llavín de entrada estaba todo suelto, las toallas algunas estaban rotas y la ducha no cerraba adecuadamente.
