The location was the only thing we liked

The stairs to the room are very narrow steps, so when coming down, they don't feel very safe, especially when carrying a lot of luggage. There was no hot water, and no good water pressure in the shower (not that we got to use it as it was freezing cold!). The pillows were extremely flat, and we could feel the springs in the mattress. Couldn't turn down/ off the towel rail in the bathroom, so the bathroom was extremely hot. The photos of the rooms look at lot nicer than they do in real life.
