Muy limpio. Fácil aparcamiento.

No funcionaba bien el agua caliente. Algún ruido en el vecindario esa noche

Very nice equipped accommodation. With parking spot on street under accomodation. We found spot each night (2 in beging of June). Getting in the appartment after registration was a bit unusual for me. Opening main door via web link, was ok for second round (be ready and push the main door immediately after press the link). The code to the door for room with one attempt. After make this we got the keys and all is as usual. Nice neigbhors. Clean appartment, enough firm bed. Big fridge, coffe machine, aircondotion, balcony for drying the clothes from beach. Hanger ready to be place outside. Clean bathroom with shower ammenities.

Location impacted by a lot of birds outside (they crapping on the car, only if you're lucky, or even on the clothes on the balcony). I am not sure how it can be sorted, mainly the balcony part?Neighbor covered drying clothes on the balcony by big plastic foil. One more thing. I personaly missed chairs and small table on the balcony. To sit and enjoy evening with a glass of vine.

The apartment is very nice and modern. There are enough parking spaces very close to the apartment. The owner is quick to respond and helpful.

However we had some problems opening the front door, as the handle is a bit strange.

Davvero comoda la posizione e a abbastanza spazioso

Si potrebbe migliorare sui letti che non sono proprio comodissimi, ma tutto sommato va bene dai.

Pulita, attrezzata e luminosa.
