Friendly welcoming staff. Really nice well kept room.

Krystal. She is the friendly, helpful, reasonable and cheerful face of Cottonwood! The bed was firm, super comfortable and very warm! Slept better than usual. Bathroom facilties were modern. The room itself was comfortable overall. Reasonably priced. A few small and inexpensive tweaks just to make it very good without too much expense. Replies to the next question give a good idea.

TV is mounted TOO HIGH. Bring it DOWN! Light bulb missing in lamp. Bedside tables too low. Ventilation could be improved. Could only open one of 4 windows....the one small bathroom window above the shower. Maybe start using frangrance enhancers? NOISY inverter. Cigarette smoke coming under the door of 32 so maybe move the smoking areas further away? Otherwise it was reasonable for the price.

It was a nice room and overall felt comfy. Staff were great

Only downside was other guests were drinking till late, quite a bit of noise

The noise from other guests outside the rooms was outrageous and obviously annoying at times.Not sure how you can allow such behaviour? Would really prefer to stay somewhere else,if you think that's acceptable.
