Needs better knives for those of us who cook.

Lovely comfortable room and bathroom in wonderful tranquil environment, we really enjoyed our stay. We took the stairs down to visit Positano with lovely views. We didn't actually enjoy Positano so much as really crowded and touristy, so we decided to head back up the stairs and have dinner in the village which was excellent. It got very lively in the evening with many people coming up from Positano by bus for dinner.

Walking back up the stairs is certainly for the sporty with the right shoes. I'm glad we didn't do it in the late evening or after eating and had time to recover and shower afterwards ;). Bus is a very good alternative option. Parking cost seems a bit steep.

The house was super cute and funky with cheerful colors and decor, spacious for our family of four, and perched on a cliff overlooking the ocean, which was beautiful (even though it was foggy over the water every day we were there!) It was well-equipped and clean. Marina and I communicated well via whatsapp before our arrival so when we showed up, Mario (her son) was there to greet us, hand over the keys, and show us around. Everyone was very kind and gracious. We liked that it was a quiet and chill escape from the bustle of Positano below, that being said, be aware that this place is NOT directly in Positano, but in a nearby village above called Monteperuso. There is a local bus that runs either every half hour or every hour that can take you right into Positano. The bus takes about 20-25 minutes. There is also a stair path that you can hike down (and up!) which takes about 25-30 minutes. We only walked it down, I can't imagine going back up that way! Hike down and bus up worked for us! Monteperuso is tiny but has a nice little grocery store and a couple good restaurants right there, which is also nice if you are not wanting to brave the crowds down in Positano.

If you are looking to stay near the action and wanting a simple, out-the-door-into-Positano experience, this place is a little more work to get to. I originally thought we were going to rent a car, but we ended up not doing that. I don't think having a car would necessarily make this place easier (though parking is possible at the house, for an additional fee) because it's near impossible to park in Positano. And the roads are sketchy AF! I wouldn't say any of this was a negative on this place, but it's important to know before you book here that you are either bussing it or hoofing it for at least 25 minutes to get into town.

A smooth arrival, an owner kept in touch before the arrival to arrange key pickup and later accompanied to the parking space nearby and an apartment. A room was nicely decorated with lovely Positano paintings on the walls, spacious with mountain and sea views. I also enjoyed a big comfortable bed and that the room had a mini bar with water,etc. Also, the room had a private bathroom and a shared kitchen, where you could cook food, if needed. The owner provided me with basic information of how to go around the area/reach Positano center and recommended a dining place as it's still a low season. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Overall, all was good, the only negative of the area is tight space on the road, would recommend to drive up there with as small car as possible. Also, be mindful, that there're many steps everywhere, so the smaller the luggage the better too :)

The view is perfect. The staff is very attentive, friendly and supportive. The terrace is AMAZING. The property was very nice and clean with all that you could need. Very well located, grocery store, restaurant and bus stop just close to the property.

Really cool room, nice tarrace to sit outside and spacious bathroom, everything was clean and in good condition and the owner is such a lovely and very helpful person! There's a bit of stairs to walk to Positano center which allows to see really pretty views- loved that route.
