NO CUP IN THE BATHROOM TV HAD 4 FUZZY CHANNELS WITH INDIAN CONTENT SHOWER COULD NOT BE USED ONLY 100% HOT WATER NO MATTER WHERE IT WAS SET REDICULOUS COST OF C$ 159.00 for the night

Cable tv wasn't working in the room, I can handle that, but there was NO hot water. I ran the taps for 5-8 minutes with no change. I didn't mind that evening because I just needed to brush my teeth. However, it was same thing in the morning I ran the taps in sink and shower for a while, still NO hot water in my room. Not a happy stay!

Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone especially for over 50 year olds. Many Many steps to second floor With luggage. Not particularly enjoyable.

Tv not working. Heater not working. Plug in sink not working. Took 10 minutes to get hot water. Otherwise not too bad.

Hot water issue, I turned it on for 1 hour , then the hot water come out .

We stayed in the King Edward room . it is very quaint with exposed bricks and high ceiling, reminiscent of an an old English inn. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. A couple of comment/complaints .. The water in the shower was lukewarm and turned cold without warning... maybe user error but it wasn't obvious! There were no cups in the room and by the time we noticed, the Bistro/Inn was closed so it would mean calling someone. The room was set to 62F when we got there and never did warm up despite us turning up the heat.

Very Victorian. Clean rooms. Just disappointed that when we got back from our event there was no hot water. Cold quick bath. Wish all rooms had showers, ours had a tub.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was a little small for the price, but there were just two of us. (Can't imagine having a third person or a pet in this space.) We appreciated the breakfast nook and having some self-serve beverages, toast and oatmeal available to us first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, by the time I showered (8:45 a.m. on Easter Sunday morning) there was no hot water. The door handle on the bathroom of the room we stayed in was also broken. Caution for spring 2023 guests: there are several morning doves just outside the window of the King George suite -- they will be your alarm clock... early! We would have liked to have given this feedback in person, but there was no one around to tell when we checked out. We're rooting for this business to be a success in downtown Strathroy and hope this feedback helps.
