The room was really spacious, beds so comfy and whole place spotless. Food in the bar was delicious and staff were super friendly, great value for money too.

"Good value stay, great location and friendly staff."

Breakfast was good, not included in the price. Items rated individually, ideally would have preferred all in deal but minor point. Bathroom though shared was recently done, high quality and very clean. Staff all friendly and polite though seemed mystified why anyone would want prompt breakfast (due to parkrun!) Very busy for meals which gave nice atmosphere, with xmas decorations.

Room quite small but had balcony which would have been nice in summer. Kettle had extension lead - perhaps something to sort for next year! Couldn't switch off radiator (maybe there was a knack to it) so room was hot overnight. But rather that way than being cold in Scotland in December :)
