"Für einen Urlaub um hamm zu entdecken sehr gut"

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Vom Bahnhof ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Vom Hotel in die Stadt auch ca 10 Minuten und zum Busbahnhof ca 5 Minuten. Von dort fahren viele Linien. Man kann das Auto ruhig stehen lassen.

"Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr angenehm."

Sehr schönes und bequemes Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Eine Dusche wäre angenehmer statt eine Badewanne, Meine Mutter wird 93 sie konnte nicht in die Badewanne steigen. Die Klimaanlage hat nur geheizt, aber nicht gekühlt.

"Gutes zentrales Hotel, super Service. Parkplatzhandling verbesserungsbedürftig."

Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Sauna wurde sogar extra für mich etwas früher gestartet. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Gut zu erreichen, Parken einfach möglich.

Trotzdem ich für drei Tage die Parkgebühren (3x9 = 27 €) beim Hotel bezahlt hatte, kamen ein paar Wochen später Zahlungsaufforderungen des Betreibers der Tiefgarage. Insgesamt über 300 €. Das Hotel hat sich aber nach Nachfrage darum gekümmert und gesagt, dass die Forderungen des Betreibers gelöscht wurden. Hoffen wir mal. Hier sollte dringend verbessert werden, um Schnappatmung beim Gast wegen der Parktickets zu vermeiden. Außerdem hätte ich mich bei warmen Wetter über einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gefreut. Ist eigentlich heute Standard.

La camera comoda e spaziosa. La colazione con un buon assortimento e la sala da pranzo molto particolare. La posizione comoda vicino alla stazione.
