Wohnen im Souterrain einer Villa

Alles war gut, wir sind zufrieden. Es gibt Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, es ist ruhig und gemütlich.

Nur zwei Glühbirnen im Wohnzimmer haben geflackert, aber das lässt sich leicht beheben.

Dishwasher had not been emptied. Towels and bedsheets stinked. When we called the owner at 9:30pm due to unclear instructions, he complained he was sleeping. The day after in a dark room while we were half naked, he entered without even knocking the door. He complained about the noise while we were checking in the previous evening in the allowed check in time. I kindly invited him out, explaining him how I was outraged by his intrusion.

The location and surrounding area were excellent. Although the host did not speak English, he made every effort to assist as best as he could.

The apartment was located in the basement and was very damp and had an unpleasant odor. There were cobwebs and hair in many areas, and once a window was opened, it could not be closed again. There was barely any soap or dishwashing liquid available, and there were leftover catheters lying around. Additionally, there were no curtains to block out the light, and it was quite noisy due to thin walls between neighboring apartments. The pillows were stained, and the bedding felt unclean. On top of all this, there was a lack of proper dishes, and the cutlery drawer seemed to be a random assortment of items that had been thrown in haphazardly. If you have any kind of standard you should avoid this place.

All was ok,nice and quiet area.,the apartment was comfy.

The apartment is located in basement area. The windows have no blinds or curtains.

It’s underground and very cold.

The place is very close to the Comic Con area, which was super fast to reach via car. Exactly what we were looking for! The place is comfortable and wonderfully heated for the winter. Smart TV and WiFi were working perfectly!
