The price of the room

The fact the AC didn't cool down the room I was in the over 2 hours. The Lady said they had new acs but they looked old. Then she tried giving me another room and told me it takes two hours to cool down the room and it was 9pm. On top of everything they have roaches! Tried getting my money back but couldn't!

Room was clean , but the bathroom was dirty and at night a lot of cockroaches coming from the bath tub, we had to closed it with toilet paper and the most important thing the mattress was no firm and uncomfortable .

nothing special about this hotel

1.the light switch didn’t work 2.the bed was really hard and uncomfortable 3.the bathroom was way to small.the toilet was to close to the sink that when you sat down to do your business you had to sit at an angle to keep from bumping into the sink. 4.my next door neighbors were unloading their things when i saw them take large guns out of their car and into their rooms😬i didn’t sleep well that night knowing they had guns. 5.the hotel did have a pool but it was empty.odd. 6.the towels that were given had stains as did the furniture in the room. 7.the bathroom had a window which i opened but quickly closed because there were homeless living behind our room on the hotels property. my partner and i stayed for 2 nights for 150. it’s a “you get what you pay for “ kind of hotel

made a reservation and when I got there they said there was no rooms..paid
