"Never responded to late check-in requests"

I was unable to reach the hotel to arrange for late pickup at the airport. They didn't return voice mails, texts, or e-mails. I finally got Hotels.com, and they called them for me and the answer they got was "we're not coming to pick anyone up tonight." Then Hotels told me there was nothing they could do and refused to refund my money because as they put it, "my plans had changed." This was ridiculous I ended up staying at another hostel close by but I will not be using Hotels.com again. Don't stay at this place.

This property is located nicely/ideal near airport within minutes. However the customer service is very disappointing. Staff is rude and do not coordinate/communicate well with each other (previous shifts). Breakfast included ** customer beware it consists of cornflakes, milk OR toast and jam personnel not happy to be servicing you and using profanity within feet of the dining area didn’t even bother to say you’re welcome when we (children,, wife and I) said thank you when milk, coffee and spoons arrived. Went back to cussing and hanging out with coworkers using those words not caring that there are customers within feet of them. Be advised if says it’s included shuttle to airport but you have to be very CAREFUL! You MUST ensure the previous shift left/advised the new shift that you will be needing shuttle to airport upon your leaving because they do not have an on-site shuttle driver be warned they may even charge you for the Uber ride to the airport! Staff was unprofessional and not willing to find a solution not asking proper questions to help find a solution. Very rude and unprofessional. Disappointing because there is potential in this small house turned hotel.

De entrada, no aparecía la reservación hecha por la App, lo cual fue resuelto con cierta prontitud. Luego, increíble que de querer pagar con tarjeta de crédito, se quiera cobrar una comisión adicional del 12%, cuando al hacer la reservación no se menciona por parte del hotel. Increíble que en una reservación para 2 personas, solo se encuentre un paño en el baño. Pero lo peor de todo, que no procuren el descanso del huésped, que permitan la estancia de huéspedes en una condición muy poca aceptable, ya que un grupo de individuos, ebrios y en mal estado, estuvieron haciendo un ruido espantoso primero, como de 4 a tipo 9 pm, y retomaron su escándalo a eso de las 4:30 a 6:30 am. Por lo general, los hospedajes se toman para poder descansar, pero en este hotel nos fue imposible el lograrlo por completo por ello.

"Probably ripped off."

I had to use my credit card to pay as I didn't have cash. The hotel staff member (who didn't speak any english) told me that they charged fees for using your credit card. Fine, I assume there will always be a fee of 5% or so. However it was 10%, plus some other fee that I didn't understand, plus an expensive exchange rate that they charged. The amount ended up DOUBLING the cost of my stay, from $25 US to about $50. I feel like I got ripped off. Also, I needed a shuttle at 4am to catch my flight. I told him this the night before. At 4am I went to the front desk, had to wait for him to wake up, and then call an uber. Eventually leaving around 4:20, rushing through the airport to get to the gate. A little unprofessional. The room and the bed was comfortable but as others stated, you can hear everything in the hallway and can hear other guests coming in late at night. Due to this all I wouldn't stay here again.

We were double booked. We booked three rooms with two beds. No one from the property notified either parties even they had contact information for all. We arrived nearly 10pm only to find out that they only had two rooms for our group of 7. Males shared one and females shared the other as there was no time to go look for another hotel. We had to all share one bathroom with many other families and groups. They didn’t want to gives us towels, the children with us had to share towels.
