"Exceptional"

Extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff are wonderful— they even called after check-in to make sure my room met my standards. This is a family-owned property, and you can tell they truly take pride in it. Great breakfast and overall an excellent stay.

"Nice hotel"

Very nice, clean, and quiet hotel located across from the track. Good restaurants and the airport are close by. It's an exceptionally good value.

We had a very nice stay at this quality Inn. Staff was friendly and courteous helped in every way. Rooms were very clean and property was in very good condition. Location was excellent close to everything that we were looking for.

The manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The staff was great with my request for extras. Breakfast was good. The room was definitely worth the price.

"Not so great"

Beds slept nice but free breakfast was extremely limited. The milk was empty and no OJ left and waffle mix was being put up by staff when there was 20 minutes left of breakfast and staff was in the way taking the utensils ,cleaning the waffle maker etc so we could not get anything but a yogurt.very disappointed

We found hair and a cockroach in the bathroom and told the front desk. The general manager dismissed it as being a beetle even though I have a picture. They gave us another room which had hair in the bathroom again. I guess you get what you pay for. Would not recommend.
