Acomodação com cheiro forte, Porém as camas estavam ótimas e limpas.

Not much

Management consistently avoided fixing our request to fix toilet and phone. We could not make any outgoing local calls. We did not have a local cell phone so could not make calls. The toilet either did not work or was constantly running.

Buenas instalaciones, el comedor muy bonito, el desayuno estaba bueno.

La nevera de la habitación no funciona, llamé al front desk y en vez de cambiarme de habitación me dijo que ninguna funciona (no se si era verdad, o no quería cambiarme). Dan pocas toallas, así que hay que solicitar más.

I did not like anything about this place

We stayed here after a cruise. Selective on who they want to check in early and the carpet and couch was very, very dirty in the room had a balcony room and that was a joke no where to sit out there and the door would not close all the way can here cars all night from the freeway. I would have canceled but would have had penalties, and all ready waited hours for our room to be ready.

My room was freezing the entire time. The lady desk clerk had a terrible attitude. And she didn’t return my deposit.

I took the shuttle and it was a good ride. I enjoyed the ride.

I needed to book an extra night and was given a much higher rate. But the staff was very nice and i had a nice stay.
