Courtyard Sacramento Airport Natomas

Wasn't here long but looked like a really nice place. Lobby was under construction

Wir waren 3 Tage über das Wochenende da. Das Frühstück war nicht im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen war aber qualitativ hochwertig. Schöner, aber durch die hohe Bauweise nicht besonders schöner Innenhof. Insgesamt für Courtyard erwarteter Standard. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Frontdesk.

Das Parken war kostenpflichtig, obwohl das Hotel nicht gerade im Zentrum liegt. Es fanden Umbaumaßnahmen im Hotel statt (Zimmer und Eingangsbereich), dabei wurden große Mengen Teppichboden im Garten gelagert. Alles war aber akzeptabel.

The room felt very clean and had a very pleasant smell. Most staff were very helpful and friendly for any questions we had at check-in. The area was overall pretty quiet and clean.

Parking was a bit of a hassle towards the night. The staff at breakfast was not very friendly, almost as if we were asking for free food but we had payed. We noticed different treatment towards other customers which made us feel unwelcomed.

When booking I booked this hotel for the shuttle to the airport. Upon arriving I found out the shuttle starts too late that I couldn’t get my flight in time. The shuttle hours were never listed anywhere when booking. So I’m having to take an Uber now because they start the shuttle too late

The hotel seemed a bit old and a bit dingy. Seemed to have a very large and nice pool area, did not use it though. Staff were fine and helpful but some things were not quite right. No grab bar in the shower tub, or at least at the right end. The toilet was a low water version but with virtually no water in the bowl created some issues that I will not go into here! The elevator at my end of the building stopped working and necessitated a fairly long walk. The breakfast kitchen was closed so no food, just coffee in the morning. The room door lock had a bad habit of shooting the deadbolt assembly out when the door was open, and this kept the door from closing on at least one occasion. You had to jiggle the lock to get it to retract! Had to be careful that it shut correctly, and that’s not right! Probably will not stay here again, too bad…

This was fine for a quick over night.

Staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating.

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable. Best mattress I've slept on in years. I'm puzzled, though, as to why there is only one comfortable chair in a room with two beds. There was also an office chair for the desk, but that isn't comfortable. A room with two beds ought to have two armchairs, eh?

Bad customer service

Under construction. No free breakfast. Parking costs extra when you get there.
