GBAmazing staff and such beautiful rooms the staff were so helpful and even let us keep our luggage with them in the morning until we were ready to leave. Food and drink were amazing staff were so friendly and helpful we really enjoyed our stay

Shower did not work properly for the whole of my stay. Member of staff indicated that their showers all have a problem. No wardrobe in room. Only hanging space is back of bathroom door, with no hangers provided. No member of staff around prior to bar being opened in the morning, unless you order breakfast. Breakfast not included in price, and is expensive for what you get. Laundry sacks regularly left in hallway, which is against fire regulations. I even went and stayed at Premier Inn for two nights, so could have a warm, decent shower. The staff didn’t even realise that I wasn’t on site for those two days & nights.
GBGBHave stayed here before and booked for a friend to stay this time, cannot fault the friendliness of the staff the facilities and the cleanliness. The food is an added bonus excellent home cooked meals.

Shower was very poor,toilet was almost unusable due to its position,carpet was old and frayed and needed a deep clean as I kept collecting hair on my feet
