GBGood choice of meals all day and they were served hot. Nice, friendly, sociable pub and the staff were helpful too. Excellent entertainment via 'Open Mike' and 'Folk' nights. Friendly locals and visitors.
I guess the introduction to the viewing of the room and how things worked and also tea making facilities, could have been slightly more professional. Disappointed that the 'bath/shower' selector was restricted to using the shower over the bath only. Having the bath was the main reason form my selecting the double room. The sink was missing the top to the 'pop up waste' and I had to use the only available 'plug' to block the drain hole. Just to mention the the hot water was at scolding temperature and a 'Hot Water' sign should have been displayed.

My room was on the road side, and road was busy whole night. I could hear cars passing by, but that is normal. It is not mistake of owner.

PARKING was a bit tight But I did arrive late in the evening The landlady was very helpful And I would stay again
GBThe room was extremely clean and the check in and check out procedure was explained very well upon arrival.
The bed was extremely squeaky which did become annoying but it was the shower that really let the accommodation down. The flow was extremely poor and the temperature was near impossible to get right, either freezing cold or scolding hot. There was a bath but the stopper had been cable tied which did not allow the option of regulating the water temperature before running the shower or even being able to run a bath if you wished. This was extremely frustrating and made the start to my day an uncomfortable one.

GBLocal to the restaurant we we were to , lovely family suite , beds were comfortable , tea and coffee facilities. Good friendly atmosphere, very welcoming .
The bathroom mirrors were just too high to see into .. Only one other mirror in the double room which tho we could see into we felt maybe a spot light onto it would be fab .
GBNice pub with hotel rooms. Perfect location if you want to visit Carisbrooke castle. Exceptional staff, everyone was welcoming and very helpful.
Nothing in particular. All good. Little bit noisy during night time, but ehi, Friday night is for everyone.
