Gostei da localização, limpeza, quarto muito bom. Tinha recepcionista brasileira e portuguesa o que facilitou nossas solicitações que foram sempre atendidas.

Ocafé da manhã deixou a desejar. Pelo nivel do hotel, a nossa expectativa era maior. Café muito fraco com poucas opções. ovo mexido ruim. As 9h30 já não repunham mais as variedades, que já eram poucas. Parauma cidade com queijos maravilhosas, a oferta no café da manhã era muito pequena. Pior café da manhã de nossa viagem.

I especially liked the excellent location of the hotel, right in the center of Geneva and very close to the lake and the shops. The staff was friendly and very helpful, while the rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. I also really appreciated the quiet atmosphere, the quality of the amenities, and the overall sense of luxury and care throughout our stay.

Honestly, I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like. Everything during our stay met or exceeded our expectations.
