Staycity Aparthotels Venice Mestre

Location is quite convenient to access public transport, food & grocery shopping. Inside & outside the building was clean & tidy. Hotel staff were friendly attentive and responsible. Special thanks to the front desk staff, the lady who found our lost debit card and kind enough to bring to our door, we highly appreciate the professionalism and the care shown.

Would have great if the apartment had bigger tea mugs & glasses. Also a normal size knife & a cutting board. However they provided extra two mugs when I requested. Shower cubicle had a water leak to the bathroom floor and they only managed to fixed it a day before we checked out (stayed 4 nights). Even if I reported it to the staff on very first morning, we were offered a new room on 3rd day evening. Seemed some miscommunication among the staff. Yet they provided new towels everytime I address the issue and kind enough to apologise.

Funcionário brasileiro super educado. A hospedagem fica próxima a estação de trem então vai e volta bem rapidinho.

Nas proximidades há pouca variedade de restaurantes e cafés, então tem mesmo que sair de Veneza Mestre e ir para Veneza antiga.

Great location, good price, clean. Lovely stay.

部屋が広かった。 近くに大きなスーパーがあった。

スタッフが不親切。言葉が分からないから翻訳アプリを使用してるのに構わず喋る。 ヨーロッパあるあるだけど朝食後酷い。 翌日は自分が持って来たモノを食べようとしたら電気ポットは壊れている。

Very spacious room and helpful reception. Few minutes walk from the bus stop going to Venice and only 10 mins walk to Mestre station. Luggage storage after check-out available. All amenities provided and comfortably fits 4 people.

Balcony view was terrible, reception staff was quite rude, overall a bit overpriced for what you get. Whole place feels a bit overly commercial.
