Everything. Beautiful property - looks exactly like the photos! Huge and well-appointed guest rooms with all of the amenities, delicious breakfast and 24hr access to tea/coffee. Welcoming and helpful staff, but still a very private feeling. Wonderful wines available for purchase. On a quiet street but still close to train station and everything else in Beaune. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend to others!

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the courtyard. Our room was very comfortable and well stocked. The location in the heart of Beaune provided easy access to the restaurants, shopping, and museums.
