False advertising pic.Unsafe area, Homeless sleeping near or across the street day and night. Room had a weak chair, Overflowing trash just outside our door. No lid. Inside Bathroom door had a 7" hole, and shard glass mirror.Outside door didn't seal shut, Req. towels,was told not enough.Req. blanket,none. Floors filifty. Bed not made.Breakfast food stale&dried.

I stayed 10 day on this hotel and the service was sadly the reason they didn’t clean my room as they were supposed to be done and the pool was dirty and the jacuzzi didn’t work 😔😔😔😔

Hotel was ok. It's a bit pricey for the quality of room with a hard as rock bed but is ok.

We arrive at 3:30 pm durring what was "shift change". We were told it was going to be a 30 min wait. W/e we were expecting a master room, it's worth the wait. Once we enter it we DIRTY! Not cleaned from the previous people staying. They took another 15 min to give us a jack n jill room. (Which was very inconvenient due to our neighbors being loud all night) We had no other choice but to stay with econ lodge since we went for a family event. The breakfast consisted of stale bagels which is not to complain since it's free. But over all a bad experience due to the staff.

The bed was extra comfy and I liked how quiet it was even though there were many people there.the jacuzzi and the pool were clean and inviting. And the pool area also was clean. No trash anywhere.

This is a horrible place to stay. The pool that was shown on the website was out of service. Middle of the summer and no pool. The room was in terrible shape. Walls were dirty. Floors were dirty. No coffee pot. People outside making noise until all hours of the night. Very sketchy! And really pissed about the pool....

the attitude of the day staff, she says the hotel does not issue receipt when stay was booked by a 3rd party and that i should have asked for a receipt upon check in. when confronted infront of the manager, she says she never said so.

There was no toilet paper, no tissue, only 2 towels, no coffee maker in room, when I called them to verify reservation and was told check in was 11:00 when we got there they said 3:00 charged $30 for early check in. website said full breakfast and all they had was bread, bagels and little muffins. Day 2 we had no Hot water.

i did not went over there it was family emergency came so we couldn't make it , and i am still waiting for them to refund my money back , it was taken out of my bank without inform me . so still waiting lets see .

I expected this property to be an average motel but it was in poor condition. The toilet seat was loose from the toilet. The floor was sticky and the trash around the facility was overflowing. To top it off there was not enough parking in the lot for me to park. I had to drive around the corner to park my car. Think twice before staying here.
