"Nice place, needs investment and updating."

Great location overlooking gardens and towards the sea. Large spacious apartment with balconies. Large bedrooms.

Needs updating and some care. Broken coffee table, only one sofa to sit in, only 2 outdoor seats in balcony, and dividing glass broken and dangerous (see picture). Shower old and needs replacing, only one socket in each bedroom so not able to have light and fan on if needed.
