I made a last minute reservation nit knowing they did not rent rooms to locals. The gentleman explained that to me and canceled the reservation However I never received a refund from the canceled reservation. That’s not how you do business. I would not recommend.

There was no staff at all. The office was locked every time I tried to get anything. No ice available. The shower floor was creaky when I was showering.

I booked an apartment. We get there no apartment. Tried to give 4 people one room with a king size bed. The toilet didn't work. My husband had to fix it. We left. There wasn't an apology
